Christopher Francisco
Christopher has over 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector that maximizes his ability to identify and secure government, corporate, and foundation grants for social services and educational organizations.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, Christopher began his career as a city government analyst and then as the business administrator for a scientific research agency before shifting his career focus to nonprofit financial management and fund development. A random assignment to prepare a grant application for the afterschool arts education nonprofit where he worked as the Assistant Executive Director/Controller launched a new career path.
Christopher began his grant writing practice in 2008 and has since prepared nearly 4,000 grant proposals and raised over $25 million for a wide range of organizations. Today, he is the grant writer for three nonprofits with tenures of 3, 14, and 17 years. Christopher is based in Tucson, Arizona and works with organizations throughout the U.S. His winning combination of motivation, experience, skills, and success helps nonprofits raise more funding through grants.

Christopher provides his services as an independent contractor by devoting a set
(and mutually agreed-upon) monthly level of effort from 10 to 80 hours as needed to
best fulfill each organization’s grant funding goals. Nonprofits maximize their investment
by engaging an experienced and self-directed partner, avoiding employee benefits costs,
and securing a fixed monthly cost to effectively budget their resources.
